| As an important part of the cruise economy,cruise ship supply is an important support for the construction of the cruise home port and the formation of the cruise industry chain.Based on the concept and characteristics of cruise ship supply,this article introduces the development status of China’s cruise ship supply industry and indicates the necessity of studying its laws.By summarizing and analyzing the existing laws and related policies of China’s cruise ship supply,clarifying the impact of China’s cruise ship supply laws and policies on the development of cruise ship supply,and focusing on the analysis of the problems existing in China’s cruise ship supply laws and policies,that is,the cruise ship supply management law Due to the lack of flexibility in the policy,the supply of shipping supplies that cruise ships should have in China is unreasonable,resulting in the loss of some of the cruise ship supply market;the lack of regulatory laws and policies on the market subject access of the cruise ship supply industry,leading to monopoly behavior in the market,Reflecting the current situation that China’s regulatory laws need to be updated urgently;the lack of understanding of the concept of cruise ship supply and the slightly narrow characterization of ship supply have led to the unavailability of the tax refund mechanism for cruise ship supply materials,making the cost of China’s cruise ship supply enterprises high and enterprises Lack of competitiveness;the lack of legality and operability of the supervision and inspection and quarantine laws for cruise ship supply,and the imperfect supporting facilities for cruise ship supply restrict the development of two supply modes for cruise ship supply in China.Based on the existing problems,this paper proposes to promote the differentiation of ship supply items through the "white list" system to solve the problem of the supply path of ship supply materials,to refine the legal conditions of market access for ship supply enterprises and create an industry platform to break the market Monopoly and regulatory difficulties,to formulate export tax rebate policies to encourage enterprises to fully participate in the international ship supply market competition,build a cruise ship material distribution center and a cruise ship material supply platform to connect the cruise ship supply facilities,solve the worries of the enterprise hardware facilities and other solutions.It is hoped that this will promote the development of China’s cruise ship supply economy and the development of China’s cruise industry. |
