The operations planning is depended upon the given target state,the initial state and the limitation of weapon resources,to form a reasonable and non-conflict action sequence.The quality of operations planning will directly affect the overall operational effectiveness.Operations planning is generally facing the challenges of improving the planning efficiency and ensuring the planning flexibility,while adapting to the dynamic operational environment.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a flexible operational planning model,which can be continuously adjusted according to the change of battlefield situation and combat objectives.The traditional operations planning method is usually based on the multi-agent system and is difficult to implement,and the military commander's experience and knowledge are not well adopted.With such context,this dissertation proposes an intelligent hierarchical operations planning methodology based on behavior tree model taking the air combat operations as research background.After analyzing the air combat process and traditional combat planning methods,this dissertation establishes a hierarchical intelligent planning model framework for air operations.The upper-level intelligent planning is responsible for the generation,deletion and updating of tasks,while the lower-level intelligent planning is responsible for the realization of tasks.This dissertation focuses on the modeling and implementation of upper-level intelligent planning,and on the building of an upper-level planning model through the behavior tree modeling.The first step is to construct a combat action realization model and an effectiveness calculation model based on the modeling framework of upper-level planning.Then,the next step is to build the interface framework,and to encapsulate the upper-level intelligent planning model via dynamic link library.The final step is to form a upper-level intelligent planning script to drive the simulation and deduction of combat process and to realize the hierarchical intelligent planning.Specific research contents in this dissertation are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of air combat process and existing literature on typical operational planning,the intelligent hierarchical operations planning framework for air combat is established,on which the overall design of intelligent hierarchical operations planning modeling for air combat is carried out.(2)With focusing on the flexibility,dynamic and easy modification of upper-level intelligent planning,the state and action sets of the upper-level intelligent programming are analyzed and a upper-level programming model based on the behavior tree is constructed.(3)Based on the framework of the upper-level planning model,the dynamic link library technology is adopted to realize all the action functions and related calculation functions.(4)The interface framework of intelligent hierarchical operations planning is designed and implemented from the perspective of hierarchical planning,which provides guidance for the underlying planning and supports the underlying planning.The intelligent programming script is implemented by scripting language.(5)A typical air combat simulation scenario is designed through simulation to verify the hierarchical intelligent operations planning method.
