Design And Implementation Of Helo Government Affairs System Based On Microservice

E-government is a leading project of government informatization,which is widely concerned and valued by the public.As an important realization of egovernment,government affairs communication is an effective assistant of government internal office.Its use can greatly improve the office efficiency of government personnel.At present,Harbin Institute of Technology Software Engineering Co.,Ltd.has developed its own government affairs communication system for many government agencies in Harbin.In the process of implementation,we find that many functions of the government affairs communication system have great similarities,while some functions such as work approval and other business processes are different.We develop their own government affairs communication separately for each organization in the traditional way.The system is time-consuming,laborious,heavy work repetition and bad code.Therefore,considering the development of a government service product,not only can satisfy the needs of users,but also can improve the development efficiency and save costs.The work of this paper is based on the micro-service architecture,develop a set of government affairs system that can be efficiently reused,and provide address book management,rights management,single or group conversation,file upload and download for the institutions and institutions using the system.Notification announcements and functions such as job application and approval.The system adopts a micro-service architecture to divide functions into different services according to services,and each service is independently detachable.The address book service is designed to manage the basic information of departmental personnel,communicate through restful calls,and provide basic personnel information for other services.The private communication service based on Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol can realize instant messaging and message push,making mobile office more efficient,and ensuring that session content is stored in a private database to ensure information security.In the daily office process such as instant messaging and workflow,it is inevitable to use files.Using Mongo DB for file access makes the file system simple and reliable.The Activiti workflow enables the design and implementation of the approval process to be simple and efficient,and can be used for the implementation of business processes in various organizations.Currently,four processes of leave,overtime,post and receipt have been implemented,and the future can be different depending on the organization.And for customized development.At present,the system has been officially launched,running stably,and basically achieved the predetermined goal,handy,efficient,linked and open.
