Modern society,with the high development of economy and culture,people's tourism demand is becoming more and more vigorous,and the competition of tourism industry is becoming more and more intense.Unlike general urban administration,tourist cities have natural advantages of nature and humanity,and the number of visitors is very large.The main economic sources and attracting investment also depend on the related industries which match the tourism industry to a great extent.In addition to the administration of the general city,the administrative focus of the tourist city will focus on the development of local tourism.As an important executive body of local administration level,the cooperation level of tourism city administrators has an important influence on improving the administrative management level of tourism city.This paper focuses on the influence of cooperative attitude of tourism city administrators on their job performance and job satisfaction,which has important theoretical and practical reference value for the administrative governance of tourism city government.Wuyishan City is a typical case study of administrative governance in tourist cities.In 2019,it was the 30 th anniversary of Wuyishan Wuyishan County and the 20 th anniversary of successful application for World Heritage in Nature and Culture.The total number of tourist reception in Wuyishan City reached 16.6994 million in that year,an increase of 10.25% compared with the total number of tourist reception in 2018,and the total tourism income in Wuyishan City in 2019 reached 35.466 billion yuan,an increase of 15.08%compared with 2018.This paper takes the tourism city administrators in Wuyishan City as the research object to carry out the questionnaire survey,and puts forward the overall framework of the influence chain between the variables such as cooperative attitude,relationship performance,task performance and jobsatisfaction of tourism city administrators.In this study,Wuyishan City as a case site,for the propaganda Department,Development and Reform Commission,Finance Bureau and more than 10 units of administrative personnel at all levels issued a total of 280 questionnaires,264 valid questionnaires recovered,the recovery rate reached 94.2%.After analysis,42 invalid questionnaires were eliminated,and finally 222 valid questionnaires were obtained,the effective recovery rate was as high as 84.09%.Based on the questionnaire survey data and empirical analysis,this paper verifies the relationship between the cooperative attitude of tourism city administrators on their job performance and job satisfaction.Through the analysis of research data,factor analysis,descriptive statistics and regression analysis,it is found that the cooperative attitude of the staff of the administrative department of tourist city can promote the task performance,relationship performance and job satisfaction with Wuyishan as a typical case.Under the result-oriented of the above conclusions,there are three kinds of decision-making situations and path relationships among the cooperative attitude,task performance,relationship performance and job satisfaction of the staff of the administrative department of tourism city.As shown below:after eliminating the influence of task performance,it is found that cooperative attitude can have a positive effect on job satisfaction through relationship performance,that is,relationship performance can have intermediary effect between cooperative attitude and job satisfaction of administrative staff in tourist cities;after eliminating the influence of relationship performance,it is found that cooperative attitude can form a positive effect on job satisfaction through task performance,that is,task performance can have a complete intermediary effect between cooperative attitude and job satisfaction of administrative personnel in tourist cities.The research shows that the task performance and relationship performance of tourism city administrators have complex multiple intermediary effects between cooperative attitude and job satisfaction,that is,their cooperative attitude can have a positive impact on task performance by first positive influence on relationship performance,andfinally have a positive impact on job satisfaction.Relationship performance and task performance play an important intermediary role between the two variables,such as cooperative attitude and job satisfaction of administrative staff in tourist cities.The study also found that the cooperative attitude of tourism city administrators can even have a direct effect on job satisfaction.Based on the results of the study,this study puts forward some suggestions for improving the job performance and job satisfaction of administrative staff in tourist cities.It includes three aspects: perfecting the basic structure of the cooperation system of the administrative personnel of the tourist city,strengthening the construction mechanism of the administrative cooperation system of the tourist city,and constructing the continuous optimization mechanism of the administrative cooperation system of the tourist city in an all-round way.This is of practical significance and guiding value to guide the administrative departments of Wuyishan City and other tourist cities to better construct the efficient management system of staff cooperation attitude,task performance,relationship performance and job satisfaction.
