Finding out the training demand of the staff will help the organization to start training activities. So the organization should make a survey on the staff's attitude toward training demand; on the other hand, the organization should recognize the effect and significance of the research. We held researches on the staff of Dongguan IT. With the help of the principles and techniques on psychometrics and statistics, such as investigation and factor analysis, this article constructed a scale about Staff's Attitude towards Training Demand. The results showed that: (1) the staff's attitude towards training demand include five dimensions which are organization attitude, production attitude, knowledge attitude, cultural attitude and individual attitude. (2) When the staff's individual value described as free and harmonious guidance, they will take an affirmative attitude towards training demand. (3) The staff will affirm training demand originated from the organization and production if the enterprise has an atmosphere of communication, harmony, innovation, team work and authorization. Conversely, the adverse results will be resulted in. The conclusion needs further research whether it's applicable to other cases.
