Research On Ideological Poverty Alleviation In The Context Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

2020 is the decisive year for China to build a well-off society and overcome poverty.It is also the year to end the strategy of precision poverty alleviation.In 2020,the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee clearly stated that we must resolutely win the battle against poverty in rural areas.With the continuous advancement of our precision poverty alleviation policy,it has become a problem that every grassroots government must face to lead the people in poor areas to get rid of poverty and become rich.As problems in poverty alleviation work continue to be exposed,poverty alleviation and development requires higher and higher requirements for the ideological understanding and self-development ability of poor households,making ideological poverty alleviation a necessary part of the strategy for rural development.However,we must also see that the poverty problem of farmers in some remote areas of our country is still relatively serious,especially the problem of mental poverty needs to be paid great attention,otherwise it will be difficult to achieve substantial progress in targeted poverty alleviation.The thinking of "waiting for the need" in some poverty-stricken areas is more serious,and it is better to put ideological poverty alleviation in the key position of the targeted poverty alleviation system so that we can achieve more with less.This article takes Xingguo County,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province as an example and uses literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods to conduct an extensive investigation and research on the main problems of ideological poverty among farmers in the region.The subjective and objective reasons were further demonstrated,thereby further demonstrating the importance and necessity of ideological poverty reduction work.This paper shows that the problems in Xingguo Township's ideological poverty alleviation include insufficient confidence in getting rid of poverty and getting rich,serious thinking of "waiting for help",and relatively backward ideas about getting rich.The results show that the main dilemma of ideological poverty alleviation in Xingguo County is manifested in the poverty alleviation cadres' neglect of poverty alleviation ideology,the weak sense of responsibility,and the low overall quality of poverty alleviation cadres;The idea of envying the poor and the backwardness of ideas.The dilemma of the carrier of poverty alleviation is manifested in the two aspects of the lack of public cultural infrastructure and spiritual cultural products and services.Secondly,in order to better promote the ideological poverty alleviation work from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation,this article believes that the ideological povertyalleviation work in Xingguo County should follow the combination of help and aspiration,principle of balanced development and sustainable development.It includes the transformation of the poor consciousness,the lazy thought,the educational concept and the enhancement of the poverty-stricken people's motive force.Finally,based on the predicament of ideological poverty alleviation in Xingguo County,the ideological poverty alleviation measures under the background of rural revitalization are proposed,which mainly include the construction of the main body of ideological poverty alleviation,the change of knowledge and behavior of the poor,the construction of carriers of ideological poverty alleviation and constructing a long-term mechanism for ideological poverty alleviation.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide some reference experience for the ideological poverty alleviation work of Xingguo County,which is of great significance to the implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation and the comprehensive construction of a welloff society.
