Research On The Management Of Trademark Infringement In Liwan District From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

As the birthplace of the commercial capital for thousands of years,Liwan District has enjoyed a flourishing trade and commerce since ancient times.Under the background of Intellectual Property Strategy,the optimization of regional business environment and the cultivation of regional independent brands will be the engines to drive the local economic development.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of trademark infringement in Liwan District has been repeatedly prohibited,the means of infringement are various,the ways of infringement are hidden,and the reform of the organization has resulted in the marginalization of the regulatory function of trademark infringement,the insufficiency of law enforcement and the backwardness of the regulatory means,etc..The background of organizational reform and the information age provide the opportunity for the integration and optimization among departments.The previous literature on trademark infringement governance often focused on the causes of trademark infringement and the study of trademark administrative supervision.The study of the causes of trademark infringement provides a rich theoretical basis for this study,but the administration of trademark infringement is not limited to administrative supervision.Under the background of Information Age,trademark infringement becomes more complicated and professional,involving cross-level,cross-sector and cross-domain problems.At present,it has not been found to study trademark infringement governance from the perspective of integrity.This article is based on the law enforcement and judicial practice of the Liwan District Market Supervision and administration bureau,the Public Security Bureau,the courts and the procuratorates,as well as the practice of protecting the rights of the relevant rights holders,in the administration of trademark infringement in Liwan District,there are some problems such as unclear law enforcement standards,insufficient law enforcement force,difficult identification and collection of evidence,and ineffective inter-departmental deployment mechanism There are some problems in the criminal strike,such as the weak operation of the criminal norm,the lack of tacit cooperation of the criminal judiciary,and the weak effectiveness of the criminal strike There are some problems such as high threshold of Administration of
