The Research Of Governmental Supervision Of The Telecom Network Fraud

Recently,telecommunications network fraud has gradually become a more common type of economic crime in China.Telecommunication network fraud has wide-ranging crimes and large losses,which cause serious harm to the property security of the people and affect social stability and national economic security.In the prevention and control of telecommunication network fraud,banks have played a certain role in blocking the transfer of fraud funds,but from the rising incidence rate and the actual work of the bank,the role of the bank's firewall is still insufficient.In order to better combat telecommunication network fraud,the government should further strengthen the supervision of banking telecommunication network fraud.Taking Guangdong banking supervision as an example,this paper first analyzes the current situation of Guangdong Province's banking industry to prevent telecom network fraud,briefly describes the characteristics,common types and harm to the people,government and society of Guangdong Province,and lists typical cases of telecom network fraud in Guangdong Province.Then,from the perspective of regulatory subjects,policies and regulations,this paper comprehensively combs the regulatory system of banking industry in Guangdong Province.This paper summarizes the current four regulatory measures for the banking industry in Guangdong Province.By using the methods of interview and questionnaire survey,the paper concludes that there are four main problems in the government supervision system,namely,the supervision mode is relatively backward,the supervision of information security is difficult,the supervision of personal bank account is not in place,and the management of payment and settlement needs to be improved.On this basis,we further investigate the causes of the problems,including the lack of pertinence and effectiveness of various laws and regulations,the lack of effective governance mechanism and the weak professional ability of supervisors.According to the above research results,combined with the author's work experience,this paper puts forward three regulatory countermeasures and suggestions: improving the government supervision law,establishing an effective governance mechanism and innovating the government supervision mode.Finally,this paper reviews the work done,and looks forward to the follow-up research work of government supervision of banking telecom network fraud.
