Job satisfaction has become an important dimension to measure the effectiveness of the work of party and government organs at all levels.Party and government organs should pay attention to the daily work and life of employees,and constantly improve their occupational happiness and job satisfaction.Tax is one of the fundamental governance means for the country to provide public goods and meet social needs,and it is an indispensable link in the work of the national government.Tax authorities the employees work pressure,density,repeatability is bigger,so concentrate on their work satisfaction are very necessary,only by constantly improve the tax authorities from personnel of course of job satisfaction,to let them have a higher job performance,devotion to work,long-term effective to provide power for the tax work.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance.Taking s county tax authorities in Shandong Province as an example,by field interviews and questionnaires,this paper takes the relationship among people post matching degree,job performance and job satisfaction as the research object,and regards them as independent variable,dependent variable and intermediary variable respectively,to explore the relationship mode and influence degree between variables..The results showed that:(1)job matching degree positively predicted job satisfaction and job performance;(2)job satisfaction positively predicted job performance;(3)job satisfaction played an intermediary role in the influence of job matching degree and job performance.Combined with these achievements,the author puts forward corresponding targeted suggestions for the improvement of tax personnel's job satisfaction,respectively,from the perspective of improving salary and treatment,optimizing working environment,providing more career development for employees,and so on,hoping that the corresponding conclusions can have a better general reference in the working environment of tax authorities in China.
