Study On Cultivation Of Socialist Core Values For Employees Of �civilian Military� Enterprise

The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to give play to the leading role of socialist core values in national education and creation of spiritual civilization and integrate the socialist core values into each aspect of social development.Private enterprise is an important part of the socialist market economy,which covers large total employee,wide coverage,different groups,gender,age,education level and politics status etc and is the important position for integrating the socialist core values into every aspect of social development.The �civilian-military� enterprise is the outstanding among numerous private enterprises and its involvement into the military-civilian integration strategy shows that its scientific research and production ability is widely accepted.�Civilian-military� enterprise is also a very critical part of implementing �military-civilian integration� strategy and whether it integrates faster and better into military-civilian integration strategy is the base of smooth and steady achievement of the overall �military-civilian integration� strategy.With the�military-civilian integration� strategy has been gradually rising into the height of �national strategy thinking� and with the important speech on importance of private economy by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the symposium on private enterprise which was held on November 1st,2018,the particularity and importance of the �civilian-military� enterprise with multiple identity is self-evident.Therefore,exploration of cultivation of socialist core value of the employee of �civilian-military� enterprise can provide very good reference example for studying the integration of socialist core values into every aspect of social development.At the same time,the cultivation of socialist core values of the employee by the�civilian-military� enterprise is helpful in its considerable development,in playing an exemplary role for other private enterprises and mutual learning of �military� and �civilian�,in promoting military civilian integration development and,moreover,in getting deeper development of the socialist national economy construction.The main contents in this paper are divided into following five chapters:Chapter 1: Preface.The research background is described.The theoretical and practical significance is studied,the study status both at home and abroad is analyzed and the study method adopted in this paper is explained.Chapter 2: Related concept and its theoretical base.The related concepts involved in this paper are mainly described.The concept of �civilian-military� enterprise is defined and the value,the socialist core values and overall development theory of humans are also described.Chapter 3: The particularity of �civilian-military� enterprise is listed and necessity and importance for the cultivation of socialist core values of employees of �Civilian-military�enterprise is analyzed with purpose of discussing emphatically the importance and necessity of cultivation of socialist core values for the employees of �civilian-military� enterprise under the background of military-civilian integration starting from essential content of socialist core values.Chapter 4: Statistical analysis and existed problem of questionnaires on the cultivation of socialist core values of employees of �civilian-military� enterprise.The main factors affecting the cultivation of the socialist core values of employees of �civilian-military� enterprise are analyzed further from multiple influence factors.It is concluded mainly from the familiar and understanding level of the socialist core value by the employee of �civilian-military�enterprise that the ideological understanding on cultivating the employee's socialist core values of the present �civilian-military� enterprise needs to be strengthened,the cultivation contents need to be enriched,the cultivation method is too simple and the cultivation activity is lack of system support etc.Chapter 5: Countermeasures on the socialist core values of the employee of�civilian-military� enterprise.Starting from the existing problems,the countermeasures on cultivation of core values of employees of �civilian-military� enterprise are proposed from specifically such aspects as �uphold the leadership of the party,raise ideological awareness�,�enrich �civilian �military' enterprise culture and multiple strengthening�,�develop cultivation forms and multichannel infusion�,� explore the cultivation mechanism complying with the feature of �civilian-military' enterprise as well as multi-layer assurance� etc.
