Research On The Legalization Of Responses To Public Opinion Of Police

In recent years,public opinion of police accounts for the highest proportion.However,the response to public opinion of police is not standardized,and research on the legalization of the responses to public opinion of police is not thorough and comprehensive,which is not conducive to the construction of harmonious relations between the police and the public and the construction of public security.It is urgent to regulate the responses to public opinion of police.Focusing on the research theme of the legalization of the responses to public opinion of police,I discussed its basic concepts,and analyzed the current problems and reasons,and constructed the paths of the legalization of the responses to public opinion of police,by using the research methods of literature research,case analysis and comparative study.It includes the following four parts:The first part is the research on basic category of the public opinion of police.The paper defines and discusses the concepts and basic characteristics of the public opinion of police,and analyzes its value from two aspects of positive value and negative value.The second part is the research on the current situation of the responses to public opinion of police.Through case analysis,the paper summarizes the problems in response to public opinion of police in China,such as untimely responses,simple even rough response means,the responses of process and results are not transparent,and the judgment standard of right and wrong is not objective.Then the paper analyzes in depth the reasons of the problems in responses to public opinion of police from four aspects of legal concepts,regulatory mechanism,response agencies and legal provisions.The third part is the research on the principles of rule of the legalization of the responses to public opinion of police.The responses police should insist to the principle of proportionality,the principle of respecting and protecting freedom of speech stipulated in the constitution,the principle of taking facts as the basis and taking law as the criterion and the principle of efficiency.These are the basic principles of the responses to public opinion of police,which is the whole process of the responses to public opinion of police in monitoring,studying and handling police related public opinions.The fourth part is the research on the legalization measures to deal with the public opinion of the police.On the basis of the analysis of the front three parts,the paper puts forward countermeasures to achieve the legalization of the responses to public opinion of police,including establishing the concept of rule of law,setting up response mechanism of public opinion,dealing with harmful public opinion according to law,accepting the supervision of public opinion with open minds and improving the legal system of responses to public opinion of police.Among them,the establishment of response mechanism of public opinion needs to be achieved by setting up specialized agencies,establishing public opinion monitoring and early warning mechanism,establishing internal linkage working mechanism and external joint meeting system.
