| This article,starting from the perspective of new media,draws on domestic and foreign analysis of internet public opinion and related theoretical research results.In-depth analysis of the process of ruling the country by law,public security organs to deal with the police involved in public opinion work methods of research background and significance.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee comprehensively promoted the rule of law in accordance with the law,and built a socialist legal system and a state under the rule of law in order to promote the building of the "five systems" of the rule of law as a means to achieve scientific and legislative,strict law enforcement,fair judiciary,specific ways to modernize governance capacity.In the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,a comprehensive administration of the state according to law will provide a long-term and stable system guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way,deepening the reform in all aspects and strictly administering the party strictly.Public security organs openly,impartially,civilizedly and lawfully enforcing the law and taking the initiative to accept the supervision of the mass media have become the legitimate meanings of governing the country according to law.This article brings together the most influential network of public opinion triggered by police-related public crises in recent years.Based on statistics,it uses qualitative analysis method to analyze the public opinion tendency of network-related public opinion on public opinion and police.It also analyzes the public opinion’s response,information transparency,credibilityof law enforcement,response,administrative accountability,network skills,aftercare and other seven variables for quantitative measurement of the disposal of the effectiveness of the assessment.Through comparative analysis,the author looks for the advantages and shortcomings in the network public opinion handling of the network at this stage,and excavates the formation of public opinion and public opinion in the network of police public opinion,clarifies the tendency and characteristics of public opinion,and at the same time analyzes the difficulties and sources of public opinion disposals.Furtherly use of the theoretical knowledge of public crisis management,public administration and social psychology,summed up the principle of disposal on the internet public opinion about the police.With reference to the 4R model of Robert Heath,the author explores the tactics of handling public opinion on police-related cyber public sentiment by public security agencies in the era of new media from the perspective of government functions. |
