Research On The Logic And Practice Path Of Green Development Concept

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the bad situation of ecological environment in China has become increasingly prominent,which has aroused widespread concern of the society.For a long time,the concept and mode of development have always been the first topic in China.In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core put forward the concept of green development on the basis of deeply summarizing the law of social development and the experience of development.The concept of green development is to strive for the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,promote the formation of green development mode and production mode,and firmly follow the civilized development path of production development,rich life and good ecology.The concept of green development has important theoretical and practical significance.Its theoretical significance lies in enriching and developing Marxist ecological thought and the development concept of the Communist Party of China.The practical significance lies in pointing out the practical path of building a beautiful China,improving the quality of people's life,and contributing Chinese wisdom and China's program to the environmental governance of all countries in the world.By using the methods of literature research and historical research,this paper discusses the generation logic and practice path of green development concept.The article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of the research.This paper systematically reviews the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the concept of green development,and puts forward the research methods,innovation points and shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter is about the concept of green development,scientific connotation and value of the relevant overview.The third chapter systematically expounds the generation logic of green development concept.First of all,it is the theoretical logic,that is,the ecological thought of Marx and Engels,the ecological wisdom of Chinese traditional philosophy and culture and the ecological thought of the West.The second is the historical logic,which is divided into three stages: the initial exploration in the period of socialist revolution and construction,the gradual expansion of the new period of reform and opening up and the socialist modernization construction,and the sublimation of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Finally,it is the logic of reality,that is,the idea of green development is the result of complying with the trend of green development in the world,solving the dilemma of ecological civilization construction in China,and responding positively to the people's yearning for a better life.The fourth chapter is to explain the measures and achievements in the process of practicing the concept of green development in China from four aspects: enhancing the mass awareness,improving the legal system,improving the ecological environment governance measures,and cultivating and strengthening the green environmental protection industry.Chapter 5 is based on the practical problems in the practice of green development concept,adhere to the combination of theory and practice,macro and micro,and systematically analyze the causes of problems in the practice of green development.Chapter 6 is based on the analysis of the practical problems and causes in the practice of green development concept,and puts forward the measures to create a green cultural environment for the whole society,promote green production and lifestyle,reform and improve the system and mechanism of green development,enhance the ability of the government to practice the concept of green development,and strengthen the construction of scientific and technological support capacity for green development.
