| The new development concept refers to the development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing".It is the forerunner of China's development action and embodies the development thinking,direction and focus.Although the new concept of development has not been put forward for a long time,it will soon become a hot topic in academic research.With the gradual deepening of academic research on new development concept,how to comprehensively,systematically and completely understand and practice new development concept has become the focus of research,and a number of research results have emerged.On the basis of these research results,it is helpful to further promote the practice of new development concepts.This paper makes a preliminary and systematic theoretical study of the new development concept,and combines the reality of Hebei Province,taking the construction of smart cities in Hebei Province as an example,probes into the practice path of the new development concept.The article mainly launches from the following aspects:Firstly,it expounds that the new development concept is the latest achievement of Marxist development concept,analyses the background of the new development concept,expounds the philosophical basis of the new development concept,and explains that the new development concept is the inheritance,persistence and development innovation of Marxist social development thought and Chinese socialist development thought.The new concept of development has adapted to the needs of China's current development in all aspects,solved the development problems,and promoted the enrichment and development of the Marxist concept of development in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,the connotation of the new development concept is analyzed.Starting from the problems solved by each concept,it is concluded that the new development concept involves every link of the overall development situation.Meanwhile,the significance of the new development concept is discussed from the aspects of the strategy of governing the country,the development of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the new normal state of economy,the quality of Marxist theory and the recognition of the value of development.Development concept is the guide of development action,which provides ideological guidance for all kinds of difficulties encountered in the development process of our country in the new era.It is the new development concept that guarantees the sustainable development of our economy and society.Thirdly,it expounds the position of the new development concept in Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Starting from the relationship between the new development concept and Xi Jinping's basic strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this paper further expounds the relationship between the new development concept and the overall layout of the "five in one" and the "four overall" strategic layout,and finally settles down to promote the realization of the Chinese dream.Starting from the Chinese road,Chinese spirit and Chinese strength,it demonstrates the importance of the new development concept to the realization of the Chinese dream.Effect.Fourthly,taking the construction of Hebei's new smart city as an example,this paper discusses the practice path of the new development concept.In order to lead the construction of smart cities in Hebei Province with the new development concept,we should not only clarify the guiding role of the new development concept,but also thoroughly understand the reality of the construction of smart cities in Hebei Province.This paper discusses how to implement the new development concept and form the general idea of Hebei smart city construction from six aspects: adapting measures to local conditions,realizing economic transformation and upgrading,innovating the use of Internet of Things and cloud computing,innovating urban ecology,expanding application fields,and improving laws and regulations of smart city. |
