With the reform of our country's institutions and the construction of government informatization.At present,the management of spaces and buildings for enterprises and public institutions has become a more complex and difficult management field.There are many problems in the use of each organs,which affect the image and efficiency of the organs.The "Standards for Building Office Buildings for Party and Government Organs" clearly and quantitatively stipulates the rules and relevant guidelines for the use of office buildings,and provides accurate standards for the standardization of office buildings by party and government organs.However,in the implementation process,there are still a lot of complex situations,it is impossible to simply apply the standards for reform.Therefore,it is necessary to make use of information technology to manage and plan all kinds of office rooms in a unified way,and then combine computer planning to rationally divide office rooms.In order to solve this problem,in the face of the deficiencies in the current research field,this paper studies,designs and implements an system that can support the management of office buildings and spaces.Integrate the concept of resource management in the information system into the system design and implementation,provide information support for various building types and room types,realize the process and model of office room standards,and assist the approval and other task formulation process in the management process.First of all,the system provides information support for the inspection and state of all kinds of buildings,and maintains all kinds of relevant information persistently and quantitatively.Based on this information,provide building assessment and management support to the administrator,be able to objectively and effectively respond to the current building basic conditions,and organize these data into effective work support data for use in other task development processes.Secondly,the system supports the future planning function in the housing planning.Schedule building maintenance,replanning,etc.based on current data.The system can provide evaluation and prediction results based on standards and status quo,and simplify the manual audit process.Assist managers in the complex rulemaking process for situations and corresponding information requiring further compliance constraints.The system can predict and evaluate the future state of buildings based on historical data and field data,and make further management pla ns for office buildings based on the current situation and future planning of each housing unit.The system mainly supports courtyard management,building basic information management,housing use standard assessment,housing use planning and other aspects.Meanwhile,based on the current situation of office space,it makes five-year and 10-year office floor area planning plans for the future to facilitate various operations and records.The system is realized based on B/S architecture,and the test process verifies the practicability of the system.
