of China and the Outline of Long-term Goals for 2035" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the "Plan for the Construction of the Rule of Law in China(2020-2025)" have clarified a core purpose.It is to unswervingly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and regard the construction of a rule of law in China and a society ruled by law as one of the important goals of basically achieving socialist modernization.Therefore,the path of rule of law is the trend of the times and its due meaning to accelerate the construction of a government under the rule of law,and it is also an effective measure to accelerate the reform of the administrative system of government affairs.As the functions of the agency affairs management department have expanded in recent years,in order to actively respond to the call of the Party Central Committee’s rule of law construction,the situation and tasks faced by the agency affairs management department have become increasingly severe and onerous.The historical evolution of the construction from embryonic to deepening,it is not difficult to see that the problems in the work are gradually revealed,traditional thinking is deeply ingrained in the management work,the laws and regulations need to be improved,the guarantee mechanism is not perfect and other issues have seriously affected
