The administration of urban public security involves many urban administrative departments,which need both coordination and mutual supervision,and the complicated relations among the relevant departments restrict the effective development of the administration of urban public security,increased the risk level of urban public security governance system.In order to promote the capacity and level of urban public security governance,it is necessary to analyze the risk factors of urban public security governance system and evaluates the content of urban public security governance system.Firstly,it analyzes the risk factors in the urban public security governance system,classifies and classifies the risk factors,and identifies and filters the four dimension indexes(governance subject,governance process,governance result and public satisfaction),determining the risk factors in the urban public security governance system step by step.The influence factor analysis and factor analysis are used to establish several sub-systems,which are interrelated and influence each other to form a multilevel evaluation index system.Secondly,on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and according to the results of the experts' evaluation of the importance of the indicators at various levels,the weight of the indicators is determined and then a comprehensive evaluation mathematical model combining qualitative and quantitative indicators is formed,comprehensive Evaluation of Urban Public Security Governance System.Finally,in order to apply the evaluation model of the urban public security governance system,it is necessary to take the Tangshan Public Security Governance System as an example.On this basis,to improve the urban public security governance system,government departments to enhance emergency coordination capacity to provide guidance and policy recommendations.Figure 1;Table 14;Reference 50...
