Research On The Construction Of Public Emergency Management Information In Changde City

Public emergency management is a hot topic in the current social science research,while previous studies are not deep enough in the construction of public emergency management information technology,and the reference in the actual construction process is not strong.The purpose of writing this article is to make a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current situation of the emergency management information construction in small and medium-sized cities,and put forward a construction idea and working path which can be applied to the operational level.Changde City,the economic aggregate ranked Hunan top three.From the location,population,economic activity,is typical of the three or four line city Over the years,the city has invested heavily in public emergency management and urban information construction,and some of the work has been at the forefront of the city level.Therefore,there is a certain research significance.This paper starts with theoretical research,summarizes all the literatures about the government emergency management in the theoretical research,and studies the development of the government emergency management information.The concept of public emergency management,the relationship between emergency management and information technology,and the function definition of the public emergency management information system are expounded.This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the construction and application of the urban public emergency management information system,which is more representative both at home and abroad,summarizes the development proposals and experiences of various countries,and puts forward the development trend of the government's public emergency management information construction under the current environment.This paper takes Changde city as an example,research on the municipal level of government public emergency management system architecture,analyzes and summarizes the actual situation of the construction of emergency management information,this paper explains deficiencies in the information construction of government emergency management,suggestions on public emergency management information system construction of city level government.Finally,this paper also draws lessons from the experience of the domestic and foreign government to construct the emergency management information platform,and constructs a more perfect and reasonable framework of the government emergency management information system.Model of emergency management information system constructed in the thesis,emphasize the application of basic information sharing and coordination of big data,the work focuses on the application of the framework to build a short period of time and the ability of technology and financial investment can reach the standard,so the system's research and development has great potential and space.
