Rural Governance By Law Approach

Since At the fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,the decision of the CPC central committee on some major issues concerning comprehensively advancing the rule of law in China explicitly mentioned the important content of "the rule of law at the grassroots level","law-based governance at the grassroots level","comprehensively advancing the rule of law in China",and the focus of work at the grassroots level.As an important part of social governance,the legalization of rural governance is of great significance to the construction of the rule of law in China.However,there are weak links in the process of legalization of rural governance in China,so it is of great significance to actively explore the path of legalization of rural governance according to the new objectives and requirements of rural governance.Under the background of great changes in the current rural social structure,the governance mechanism with the rural grass-roots party organization as the leading role,the township(town)government as the director,and the villagers' self-governance as the leading role is highly consistent with the implementation of the current rural revitalization strategy and the active participation of social forces.Through the cultivation and promotion of legal literacy,the management of township(town)government,the orderly and organic operation of villagers' organization autonomy and the participation of social organizations.At the same time,improving the public service system of rural legal system is also an important part of rural social legal construction.how to strengthen the selfmanagement,self-service function of villagers autonomy.The construction of the corresponding rural governance system,the formation of the characteristics of the humanistic spirit,the exploration of China's actual rural governance operation mode and rural governance system construction of the new path.Figure 0;Tables 0;Reference 42.
