As a traditional agricultural country,China has played an extremely important role in agriculture since ancient times.Steady development of agricultural economy is the basic policy put forward by the party and the state,and also the basic policy related to people's livelihood.Therefore,in the new era of rapid economic development today,it is particularly important to care about the development of agricultural land and the actual survival rights and interests of farmers.We will narrow the gap between urban and rural development and avoid widening the gap between the rich and the poor.It is an important part of China's three major land reforms to enter the market for collectively operated construction land.To actively promote the smooth development of agricultural land reform is an important factor for the steady development of China's society and economy.On the basis of combing the basic concepts and theories of collective operating construction land,this paper has a preliminary understanding of the market entry of collective operating construction land.On the basis of studying many excellent theories at home and abroad,this paper fully understands the representative views of the theoretical stage of market entry,and has a solid foundation for further understanding of market entry.After that,the point-to-face method is used.In many practice points of rural land entering the market in China,three practice pilots with local characteristics are selected for analysis and understanding.Experience the specific legal practice needs in the practice of agricultural land entering the market.On this basis,it analyzes the current legal situation and legal dilemma of farmland market entry,and explains and summarizes the problems existing in the market subject and object,ownership of property rights,trading mechanism and regulatory mechanism,as well as the corresponding supporting policies.At the end of the paper,aiming at the specific practical and theoretical problems,I give my own opinions in order to seek solutions and promote the better transfer of collective operating construction land into the market.Although there are many problems in the practice of collective operatingconstruction land entering the market,they have not been solved well for the time being.But for China's agrarian reform,which has no precedent to recommend,it is necessary to summarize experience and lessons in continuous practice in order to further develop better.Therefore,we should be confident in the reform of rural land market entry.Every step is worth a thousand miles.The same is true of China's agrarian reform,as long as we have firm faith and under the correct leadership of the party and the state.The hard-working and smart Chinese people will be able to successfully complete the reform of collective operating construction land market entry and create a mode of agricultural land entry with Chinese characteristics.So as to promote the further growth of economy and the harmonious and orderly development of society.
