Male rights are important rights that men have in social life.Compared with other countries where the protection of men's rights is becoming more and more perfect,China's current criminal law still lacks the protection of men's rights.Especially with the development of the society,some new criminal methods emerge one after another,resulting in the embarrassing situation that some cases cannot be accurately convicted or wrongly sentenced.There are many reasons for this phenomenon.On the one hand,since ancient times,the idea of "men being superior to women" has created a strong position for men in social life,so that the rights of men have not been fully protected.On the other hand,the particularity of China's social environment leads to the legislators' general patriarchal attitude in the legislative process.That is to say,they think about the legislative issues from the perspective of men,which is very likely to have a negative impact on the protection of men's rights.In China's current criminal law,it is not difficult to find that there are defects in the protection of male rights in crimes of sexual assault,abduction and trafficking,and prostitution.In order to improve the protection of male rights in China's criminal law,we should start from the above three types of crimes.In terms of sexual assault crimes,the "rape crime" should be amended to "compulsory sexual intercourse crime",so that the object of protection includes all people.Meanwhile,the law provisions of "compulsory indecency and insult crime" should be amended to make the object of insult include all people.On trafficking crime,"the crime of trafficking in women and children" shall be amended as "the crime of trafficking in persons",at the same time to amend other related charges,after the modification charges into: buy trafficked people sin,all obstacles to save bought population crime,not to rescue kidnapped population crime,trafficking in,hampering the rescue abducted by selling,population.In the crime of prostitution,the crime of seducing a young girl to engage in prostitution shall be abolished and stipulated as the aggravation of the crime of seducing a girl to engage in prostitution.
