Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Digital Copyright Protection In China

With the development of digital technology,digital copyright has become a new object that needs to be protected by the Copyright Law.Digital copyright has the characteristics of traditional copyright,but also has the characteristics different from traditional copyright.This paper adopts research methods such as literature research,comparative analysis and typical case studies to analyze the current status of China's digital copyright protection in recent years,and discusses many difficulties in the development of China's digital copyright protection,such as backward development concepts,lack of legislation,and lagging in the development of copyright collective management systems.On the basis of analyzing its own dilemma and drawing on the experience of foreign development,it is proposed that the development of digital copyright protection in China should clarify the unique protection concept of digital copyright,adjust the reasonable use system,establish a "copyright compensation";establish a digital copyright "indirect infringement" liability system,improve Legislative measures such as legislation on technical protection measures and suggestions for establishing an extended collective management system.
