Investigation And Research On Farmers’ Satisfaction Of Lanjiang Town Government In Suining City In Promoting Industrial Revitalization

In 2017,the report of the 19th CPC National Congress put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.How grassroots governments can promote industrial revitalization,develop local characteristic industries,and continue to drive people to increase income and become rich is worth in-depth our study.In recent years,the people’s government of Lanjiang Town of Suining City has integrated various funds to develop characteristic agricultural industries and promote industrial revitalization,and has made certain achievements,but the farmers have mixed opinions about this.This article combines practical work and focuses on the revitalization of rural industries.Based on existing research results,questionnaire surveys,interviews,and literature research methods are used to investigate the satisfaction of farmers in promoting industrial revitalization by town governments from the dimensions of personal attributes,farmers’ expectations,service quality,perceived value,farmers’ satisfaction,farmers’ complaints,and trust in the government.Exploring the influencing factors of farmers’ satisfaction using correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.The study found that there was a significant positive correlation between farmers’ expectations,service quality,perceived value and farmers’ satisfaction.There is a significant negative correlation between farmers’ satisfaction and their complaints,and a significant positive correlation with their trust in the government.Gender,age,family address,education level,family income,planting area and other personal attributes have a significant impact on farmers’ satisfaction.With the continuous promotion of industrial revitalization and the implementation of various policies,farmers’ satisfaction will also change.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to preliminary planning and strive for financial support,including planning storage and preservation cold chain logistics facilities,continuing to build infrastructure such as industrial roads and irrigation channels,planning rural tourism facilities,and promoting the integrated development of agriculture and tourism.Strengthen government regulation,promote standardized production,including regularly inviting experts for technical guidance to improve the quality of agricultural products,continuously conducting education and training to cultivate local technical talents,and making great efforts to build industrial brands based on the long-term.Improve the level of public services,form efficient government management,including improving work methods,planning in advance,taking proactive actions,expanding farmers’ enthusiasm for participating in industrial revitalization,accurately addressing the difficulties of "production" and "sales",and insisting on contacting customers and merchants outside to purchase from villages.
