A Study On The Theory And Policy Of National Unity Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago,the Communist Party of China has united and led 56 ethnic groups to strive for development,creatively combined the basic Marxist theory of ethnic unity with the practice of Chinese ethnic problems,explored a way to solve ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics,and created a new situation for the development of the cause of ethnic unity and progress.As the birthplace of the earliest regional national autonomy in China,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has always adhered to the direction of Sinicization of Marxist national theory in the stages of revolution,construction,reform and new era,constantly enriched the connotation of China's national unity thought,with the attention and concern of previous national leaders,the support of sister provinces,regions and cities,and the unity and struggle of the people of all ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia,It has become a new "model" for the development of China's border areas and ethnic areas.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which first introduces the background and significance of the topic,then analyzes the domestic and foreign research status from the aspects of national unity theory,policy,ideological research,Inner Mongolia region overview,unity policy development research,etc.,finally summarizes the research content of this paper,and clarifies the research ideas and research methods.The second part mainly reviews the theory of national unity of the classical Marxist writers such as Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stalin and the Communist Party of China in different periods according to the sequence of historical development,and opens up the way of solving national problems with Chinese characteristics in the process of continuous exploration and practice.The third part analyzes the development process of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the four stages of socialist transformation and construction,zigzag development,reform and opening up,and new era,and summarizes the glorious achievements brought by the first ethnic minority region to the local legal system construction,economic development,cadre team and ethnic development.The fourth part discussesthe successful experience of the development of Inner Mongolia's national unity and progress in the new era,and constructs a united,stable and harmonious Inner Mongolia by adhering to the leadership of the party,adhering to the system of regional national autonomy,strengthening economic development,protecting national culture,practically improving people's livelihood,and deepening the education of national unity and progress.Based on the Marxist theory of national unity,this paper analyzes that since the founding of the People's Republic of China,under the guidance of the theory and policy of national unity of the Communist Party of China,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has realized the practical leap from "establishment" to "model".The development of Inner Mongolia's national unity and progress is booming.It has developed the socialist national relations of equality,solidarity,mutual assistance and harmony,built the field of national identity of ethnic minority countries,cast a solid sense of the Chinese national community,promoted the economic and social development of Inner Mongolia,and created a successful condition for the goal of working with the whole country to achieve accurate poverty alleviation and build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.
