A Study On Xi Jinping’s View Of Rule Of Law In The New Era

The Communist Party of China General secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that the rule of law is the basic strategy for governing the country.Ruling the country by law is the basic way for the party to lead the people to govern the country.Since China’s long period of stability,the general secretary of the CPC has been focusing on the overall situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics and is committed to the goal of national governance modernization.In the strategic height of maintaining the stability of the party and the state,Xi Jinping,adhering to the basic principle of Marx’s state and law,is closely integrated with the new era conditions and new practice of rule of law,and has closely focused on many aspects of governing the country according to law.Major issues of understanding and practice,with a new vision to expand and deepen the understanding of the construction of the rule of law in the new era,have formed a series of new views and new judgments,achieved major achievements in the theory of the rule of law,and constructed the concept of the rule of law in the new era.This paper adheres to the standpoints,viewpoints and methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and studies Xi Jinping’s view of the rule of law in the new era as an organic and unified whole.The article consists of four parts.The first part is about the forming of Xi Jinping’s view of the rule of law in the new era.Comprehensively clarify the historical context of Xi Jinping’s view on the rule of law in the new era.The formation of Xi Jinping’s view on the rule of law in the new era has its specific historical background,profound historical basis and profound ideological origin and has undergone three stages of adorable germination,basic formation and continued development.The second part focuses on the main contents of Xi Jinping’s view on the rule of law in the new era.Including the theory of strategic considerations of the rule of law;On the fundamental adherence to the rule of law;On the theory of the essential characteristics of the rule of law;On the theory of the principle of the rule of law construction;On the theory of the layout of the rule of law work;On the theory ofgovernance by law;On the rule of law to promote the strategy theory.The third part is about the distinct characteristics of Xi Jinping’s view of the rule of law in the new era.It includes the distinct characteristics of practicality,science,people’s nature,times and development.These distinctive features reflect the essence and mission of Xi Jinping’s view on the rule of law in the new era.The fourth part is about the value and significance of Xi Jinping’s view of the rule of law in the new era.From the theoretical perspective,Xi Jinping’s view of the rule of law in the new era enriched Marxist thought of the rule by law.From the practical perspective,Xi Jinping’s view of the rule of law in the new era provides scientific guidance for comprehensively advancing the rule of law and building China under the rule of law.To provide legal guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;It will provide a strong support for enhancing China’s voice in international rule of law.
