Research On The Formation And Significance Of Xi Jinping Thought On The Rule Of Law

Comprehensive rule of law is a profound revolution in the governance of the country,the party’s governance and the overall situation of the country.Since the 18 th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,based on a new historical orientation,has focused on the major theoretical and practical issues of comprehensively following the rule of law,summarized the theoretical achievements and practical experience of the CPC in exploring the rule of law for a century,creatively put forward a series of new concepts,new ideas and new strategies,and made relevant strategic planning and deployment on how to further promote comprehensively following the rule of law in the future,forming the Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law This is an innovative theoretical achievement of the Party in the rule of law,which has become a fundamental guideline for comprehensively promoting the rule of law.In the new era and new journey,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to systematically and thoroughly study the formation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,to explore the basic conditions,core contents,main features and significance of this Thought,and to strengthen the knowledge and understanding of its wholeness,in order to expand the scope of Marxism Chinese studies,to continue to promote theoretical innovation on the basis of practice,and to advance the construction of China under the rule of law.This paper mainly includes the following contents:Introduction,which mainly clarifies the background and significance of this paper’s research,systematically composes and reviews the existing relevant research results,states the research ideas and methods of this paper,and explains the innovations and shortcomings.The first part is about the basic conditions for the formation of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.This paper focuses on the basic conditions for the formation of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law from three aspects: theoretical source,historical premise,and practical basis,in an attempt to reveal the theoretical logic,historical logic,and practical logic of the formation of this thought.The second part is the core content of the formation of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law profoundly answers the major theoretical and practical problems of the comprehensive rule of law,and is the most important landmark achievement of the rule of law construction in the new era.This paper mainly explains its core content in four aspects: political direction,strategic layout,basic path and important guarantee of the comprehensive rule of law.The third part is the main features of the formation of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.This paper mainly reveals the main features of the formation of this thought in three aspects,namely,highlighting the Chinese characteristics of the rule of law,focusing on the systemic concept of the overall situation of the rule of law,and insisting on the problem-oriented promotion of the rule of law construction.The fourth part is the major significance of the formation of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has put forward a series of original new ideas and new thoughts and strategies,showing strong theoretical leadership and practical guidance in the new era and new journey in the construction of rule of law China.The conclusion mainly condenses and summarizes the core ideas of this paper and gives an outlook on further research.
