Study On The Discourse System Of Marxism In China During The May 4th Movement

During the May 4th Movement,Chinese Marxists saw the light of Marxist truth from the lessons of the failure of the old democratic revolution,the successful demonstration of Russia's October Revolution and the victory of the May 4th Movement.Because the truth revealed by Marxist theory is consistent with the need to solve China's actual problems.Therefore,early Marxists made full use of Marxist historical materialism and class struggle theory to analyze China's national conditions,exposed the evil of collusion between western imperialism and Chinese feudal warlords,and thoroughly practiced,widely disseminated and interpreted Marxist theory,awakened China's working class and provided an important theoretical and practical basis for the construction and formation of the revolutionary discourse system during the May 4th Movement.In the debate between "problem" and "doctrine",it was established that China must choose Marxism and realize that theory must be combined with practice in order to transform Chinese society.In his rebuttal to Kilt socialism,he profoundly showed that China must take the socialist road and must mobilize the working class.In the debate with anarchism,it is pointed out that socialism and communism can only be realized through class struggle if a country under the dictatorship of the proletariat is established.It initially established the discourse power of Marxist theory and promoted the initial development of the discourse system of Marxism in China.Around the discourse theory with revolution as the core,the Marxists formed a method system of revolution based on the theory of party building,the theory of dictatorship of the proletariat and the theory of the united front during the May 4th Movement.They deeply analyzed China's national conditions and pointed out that China can only carry out bourgeois democratic revolution at this time.In addition,the formation of the discourse system cannot be separated from the early Chinese Communist Party's shaping of ideology,the expansion of its communication ability and the enhancement of revolutionary discourse as well as the masses' mastery of theory.In this process,it fully embodies the combination of revolution and discourse,the consistency with traditional expression and the inherent unity with rights.Although these words seem to have certain limitations and deviations at present,they were of great significance to the time.It is the first time to show the new face of TheDiscourse of Marxism in China,guide the direction of China's progress,reflect the dynamic role of ideology,and provide important experience and inspiration to solve the crisis that our mainstream ideology may weaken.
