With the development of science and technology,the continuous improvement of Internet infrastructure construction,e-commerce will become a new trend of future economic development.In recent years,the scale of e-commerce transactions in China has been expanding,and its development speed has been gradually improving.China's achievements in the field of e-commerce have attracted worldwide attention.The rapid development of e-commerce greatly facilitates people's life and work.However,e-commerce has the characteristics of virtuality,which brings many challenges to the protection of consumers' right to know.This paper will study and discuss how to protect consumers' right to know in e-commerce from the perspective of law and problems in practice.The main body is divided into the following four parts:The first part is an overview of the protection of consumers' right to know in e-commerce.First of all,this paper will make an in-depth study of the definition of e-commerce based on the views of many scholars,and give a clear definition of e-commerce.Then,based on the previous research results,combined with the new characteristics of e-commerce consumers' right to know,it is compared with the traditional consumers' right to know.Finally,the importance of protecting consumers' right to know in e-commerce is stated in detail.The second part mainly analyzes the deficiencies of the protection of consumers' right to know in e-commerce in China.This paper will analyze the problems in the protection of the right to know in detail from five different perspectives,including law,government and society,and operators,combined with some real cases.The third part is the investigation and Research on the protection of consumers' right to know in foreign e-commerce.In view of the infringement of consumers' right to know,foreign countries have taken various distinctive solutions based on their own national conditions.This paper will take the United States,Japan,the European Union and Australia as the research objects,carefully study their solutions,summarize and analyze the successful experiences of various countries,and point out the practices worthy of learning from China.The fourth part is the Countermeasures of the protection of consumers' right to know in e-commerce.Based on the above analysis,this paper aims at the problems existing in the protection of consumers' right to know in e-commerce,based on the actual situation of China,and drawing on the practical experience of foreign countries,tries to put forward solutions to the problems.
