Disciplinary education is an important part of education as a whole and plays an irreplaceable role in education.International scholars began to study the discipline education earlier,and discussed the necessity of the existence of discipline.The debate on disciplinary education in our country is also long-standing,and in recent years,the news of various juvenile delinquency and excessive corporal punishment in schools has emerged in endlessly,and the voice of disciplinary education increasing.Many scholars speak out for discipline education,which can not be without discipline.As a country with multi-ethnic integration,the world's cultural intersection and some achievements in education,Costa Rica's disciplinary education is also unique.This paper takes Costa Rican public secondary schools as the research object,and selects ten different types of public secondary schools in Costa Rica as the survey object.The present situation of correctional education in public secondary schools in Costa Rica was studied by means of literature,investigation and observation has found that: in terms of system,Costa Rica's disciplinary education system is relatively complete.Relevant laws and systems for disciplinary education have been formulated at the national,school and class level,and the content of disciplinary education has been formulated in detail,specific to the scope of each disciplinary action;in terms of goals,disciplinary education in public schools in Costa Rica Focusing on moral education,the goal is to cultivate,improve,and improve students 'moral quality,and promote the healthy growth of students' psychology and body.In terms of content,Costa Rica has a single mode of disciplinary education and teachers have very limited disciplinary rights.Disciplinary forms such as punishment,reprimand,and corporal punishment in disguise will be severely forbidden.In terms of effectiveness,the emphasis on moral education and the extremely mild punishment methods make Costa Rica moral education the top of moral education in Central America,and the teacher-student relationship is also very close.There are some problems: lack of accurate knowledge of corrections in teachers and students and parents in correctional education in public schools in Costa Rica;the content of corrections formulated by regulations has not been effectively implemented;the power of teachers' corrections is very limited;the actual participation of parents in corrections education is not Higher issues.In response to these problems,we have proposed improving measures for teachers,students and parents on disciplinary education;improving the content of laws and regulations related to disciplinary education;improving the efficiency of disciplinary education for teachers;and increasing parents' enthusiasm for participating in disciplinary education,to further improve their The implementation efficiency of disciplinary education should effectively play a role in disciplinary education.
