Since China entered the 21 st century, the long-term family planning policy has slowed down the growth momentum of China's population birth rate and strictly controlled the rapid expansion of population. At the same time, with the improvement of water quality of life and the construction and improvement of medical and health security by the state, the fertility intention of families of marriage and childbearing age has been enhanced. With the acceleration of the pace of economic development,we have experienced a change from high to low.In the process of family structure iteration, the role interaction between generations within traditional families is also changing imperceptibly.Based on the increasingly prominent situation of this problem, this paper, based on previous studies, uses the follow-up questionnaire data of China Health and pension survey in2015 to study the influence of parents' retirement age on their children 's fertility willingness from three aspects: concept and theoretical basis, the influence of multiple factors on fertility willingness and regression analysis.First, based on the questions raised, this paper analyzes the composition of the influencing factors of the retirement age of parents, mainly from two aspects of economic factors and parenting;second, the influencing factors of parents' retirement on their children's willingness to have children are analyzed from two levels of environmental factors and individual factors, and the interaction of multiple factors is used to synthesize the environment from three aspects of culture, society and policy Analysis, and then through the comparison of parents' age, education level and urban-rural differences in the family, the age of parents has a negative correlation with the willingness to have children, that is,with the increase of parents' age,the willingness to have children begins to decline, and the gender impact of parents' retirement is the most significant for mothers' retirement;the improvement of education level generally has a negative correlation impact on the willingness to have children, that is,parents' age and willingness to have children are negatively correlated The higher the education level is,the lower the children's fertility will be.However, under the general research results, there is another phenomenon that the high education levelof parents is an important reference condition for children's fertility;the difference between urban and rural areas is also an important dividing line of the differences in fertility will, and the retirement of parents in rural areas and towns has a stronger impact on the choice of fertility will. Finally, combined with the comprehensive comparison of multiple factors, the logistic regression analysis of the impact of retirement and the impact of parents' personal characteristics of these two variable models concludes that we should pay attention to micro family demands, broaden and improve new channels of infant care, establish and improve infant care mechanism to solve the worries behind family care, and give some support and encouragement to alternative care Targeted policy recommendations, catering to the current situation of low fertility, contribute to maintaining social stability, promoting the recovery of fertility and improving population structure.
