In recent years,under the policy guidance of Wenzhou City's vigorous development of tourism,Dongtou District has integrated characteristic homestays,sea tours,marine culture,and fishing village styles.The main driving force behind the development of rural areas and the income generation of villagers and the conversion of fishermen to industries.However,due to the late start,the level of development and management cannot be compared with Hangzhou,Xiamen or even the United Kingdom and Japan.The tour of Dongtou B & B,which is in the initial stage of development,seems to be hot,and it actually shows various problems.Under this background,how to effectively exert the government's regulatory function to solve the problems in the development of Dongtou B & B And the realization of standardized management has become a problem worth studying in the government department of Dongtou District.First,this article uses the literature research method to comprehensively sort out the contents of the literature to define the concepts of homestay,homestay tourism,and government supervision.Secondly,the interview survey method is used to analyze the current situation of B & B tourism supervision in Dongtou District from the aspects of homestay management,food safety,public security and tourism environment,so as to discover the problems and causes.Finally,according to the problems found in the current regulatory situation,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the Dongtou District B & B tourism supervision system.This article believes that there are still problems in the supervision system of homestay tourism in Dongtou District,such as inadequate updating of supervision basis,imperfect management system construction,overlapping supervision functions,and low supervision efficiency of functional subjects.Reasons such as soundness,unreasonable supervision mechanism,and lack of leading ability of the supervision subject.In the next step,Dongtou District should optimize the top-level design,rationalize the supervision mechanism,form supporting regulatory measures,and innovate supervision methods,and then gradually improve the government supervision system for homestay tourism.In particular,the integration of homestay tourism and government supervision is based on a review of the internal government perspective,combined with the experience of tourism,and the weakening and lack of government supervision,so as to propose measures to improve government supervision of homestay tourism.
