Women workers are Vulnerable Groups in the labor market.and all sectors of society actively call for the elimination of all discrimination, including sexism. The status of women 's labor employment is a direct manifestation of women 's current economic status in society, and the realization of their labor rights is an important indicator for examining women 's employment. The effective protection of women 's labor rights is the basis for achieving gender equality. At the same time, women 's labor in the public sphere is closely related to family reproductive behavior.Under the market economy, women workers face the pressure of rising cost of living, and their labor employment situation has a direct impact on fertility desires. In this context, the impact of the implementation of the " universal two-child " policy on the realization of women's labor rights and interests was studied.By comparing the data on women 's employment and labor before and after the promulgation of the policy and the data from field investigations,it is concluded that the implementation of the “universal two-child” policy will have a negative impact on the realization ofwomen 's labor rights. As a public policy that adjusts the sexual behaviors of both sexes and safeguards population security, the " universal two-child" policy is definitely fair and equal, but the actual situation has further aggravated the situation of women workers in either sex.The specific manifestations are increased gender discrimination in employment selection, prominent occupational segregation problems, lower wage income of female groups, increased difficulty in promotion, reduced labor supply time and lowered their professional goals. This negative effect of childbirth is more common among female employees who have two children. The reason is that policy formulation ignores social mainstreaming, fails to adjust the content of laws and regulations in a timely manner, the punishment effect of childbirth on female employees, gender culture causes occupational segregation, role conflicts reduce female career goals, and statistical employment discrimination aggravates the gender gap in employment.
