At present,there is a large amount of gender discrimination in employment in China.Female workers will have various unequal treatments during the employment process,especially when the employers apply for different conditions when seeking jobs and pay with male workers during the work process.Differential treatment,etc.All these situations have had a negative impact on the labor market and hindered the development of society.After the outbreak of the new coronavirus in 2020,many enterprises in various regions have maintained their own development with the "poor female immunity is not suitable for work during the epidemic","pregnancy is not suitable for work","pregnancy can only get basic salary",etc.Reasons for dismissal or cold violence forced female employees to resign.When women encounter these situations at work,many do not know how to remedy their legitimate rights and interests.In summary,it is necessary to make an in-depth analysis of the sex discrimination suffered by women in the workplace.Based on the provisions of the sex discrimination system,this article mainly analyzes the current sex discrimination in the labor market.Using literature analysis,drawing on and referring to advanced foreign experience,through statistical analysis of classic cases of infringement of women's labor rights and interests that have been in effect in recent years,the cases of infringement of women's labor rights and interests were classified and summarized.Secondly,the case analysis method is used to study classic cases,theoretical analysis of the problems in judicial practice is carried out,the meaning and judgment criteria of sex discrimination in employment are clarified,and feasible suggestions are proposed,which theoretically provide a certain reference for achieving equal employment of the sexes.Only by achieving equality in employment can we better promote the prosperity of the labor market and promote social progress.
