In the existing theoretical research on administrative interview in academic circles,most of the academic research results are about external administrative interview,that is,the interview between administrative organs and administrative counterparts,and few documents pay attention to the topic of internal administrative interview.However,this paper thinks that internal administrative interview is also an indispensable part of the whole administrative interview system,and its application is becoming more and more frequent,which has been repeatedly reported in recent years.Through the in-depth study of the internal administrative interview,this paper tries to solve the mystery of the internal administrative interview,through summing up the concept and characteristics of the internal administrative interview,clarify the internal administrative interview and internal administrative behavior,internal administration.The connection and difference of supervision and administrative accountability,excavate its essential legal attribute,and put forward some views on the problems existing in the internal administrative interview in actual operation,hoping that it can be brought into the construction of the rule of law in our country as soon as possible.In particular,this paper is divided into four parts to study the internal administrative interview related legal issues,in the first part,the writer will make a general overview of the internal administrative interview,combined with the definition of the existing academic paper and the text definition on the normative document of the internal administrative interview,and extract the concept,characteristics,purpose and functionalcharacteristics of the internal administrative interview in this paper,with a view to making the internal administrative contract talk has a preliminary,general understanding.Then the second part began to explore the attributes of internal administrative interviews,mainly divided into three parts to analyze,including internal administrative interviews and internal administrative behavior,internal administrative interviews and internal administrative supervision,internal administrative interviews and administrative accountability three comparison.The third part mainly talks about some problems existing in the current legal normative documents about internal administrative interviews,such as the excessive discretion of the interviewee,the lack of perfect legal basis,and the inconsistent procedure of interview implementation.The last part is the continuation of the third part of the article,which focuses on the third part of the proposed roblems and administrative law regulation of internal administrative interview behavior,put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
