Research On The Countermeasures Of First-class Discipline Construction In Inner Mongolia Under The Leadership Of The Government

As an important part of the "double first-class" construction,the construction of first-class disciplines is a breakthrough in the development of current higher education,and one of the driving forces for national and local economic and social development.At present,taking the construction of first-class disciplines as the starting point has become the core strategic measure for local governments to improve the competitiveness of higher education and the overall strength of the region.Inner Mongolia is located in the frontier ethnic region in the north of the motherland.The foundation and level of economic and social development are not high.Based on the particularity and urgency of development,the first-class discipline construction in the Inner Mongolia has formed a government-led construction model with active participation of some colleges and universities.Integrate the strength of the whole district,integrate the superior resources of universities,and actively explore and develop the road of first-class discipline construction with Inner Mongolia characteristics.This article studies and analyzes the policies and measures of the construction of first-class disciplines in Inner Mongolia,and finds that while the government-led construction of first-class disciplines in Inner Mongolia has achieved good results,there are still weak overall strengths of the construction disciplines,the overall construction plan needs to be improved,the benefits of funding investment are not obvious,and collaborative construction The mechanism needs to be strengthened.Through the analysis of the problem,based on the experience of the first-class disciplines of Germany,Japan,and South Korea,and the reality of Inner Mongolia,the core idea of the government of our district can be built from the first-class disciplines,including reshaping thetalent training concept The goal of discipline construction is to serve regional economic and social development,and the first-class discipline construction must be highly recognized by the whole society to create a leading cognition in three aspects.For the key issues of first-class discipline construction,it is proposed to optimize the government-led first-class discipline construction mechanism From a global strategic perspective,we plan overall planning for first-class discipline construction,scientifically plan for special funds for first-class discipline construction,and create policy recommendations on talent strategy centered on the "Grassland Talent" project.
