A Study On The Development Status And Construction Path Of WeChat Public Numbers Of Government Services In Inner Mongolia

With the rapid development of Internet information technology,the life of the public and the way of receiving information have also changed.The upgrade of new media information technology has made the channels of information access more diversified,the speed of information dissemination faster and more diverse forms.The development of new media for government affairs is also gradually accelerating,playing a vital role in the process of building "Internet +government services".As an important platform of the new government media,the government We Chat public number provides a new communication channel for government propaganda and government services.In promoting the construction of service-oriented government,government departments at all levels have played an active role in social governance,public affairs,service to people’s livelihood and public opinion guidance by contacting the masses,serving them and guiding them through government We Chat public numbers.This paper compares the research results of scholars on the theory of service-oriented government,new media of government affairs,and Inner Mongolia government affairs weibo.Based on the theory of service-oriented government and communication theory,this paper adopts the case study method,Content analysis method and participatory observation method,and selects the wechat public account of Inner Mongolia government affairs as the research object.And by selecting the data related to the content released by the government affairs We Chat public number in Inner Mongolia region,the current situation of content production and dissemination of the government affairs We Chat public number in Inner Mongolia region was analyzed according to the issue attributes,presentation form,interaction mode,and content release.It is found that the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has its own advantageous features such as high credibility,accurate information pushing and convenient service functions in the construction of governmental We Chat,but there are also real problems such as low interactive effectiveness,serious homogenization of content,lack of innovation,limited dissemination scope and lack of professional media talents.Through the analysis of the development status,this paper summarizes the optimization suggestions that the future development path of the governmental We Chat public number in Inner Mongolia should enhance the interaction between the government and the people,create a localized service platform,establish a communication matrix,and cultivate composite media talents.In building a service-oriented government,enriching the application scenarios of governmental new media,optimizing government services and creating local characteristics are effective ways to promote the characteristics of minority regions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.This paper studies the development status and construction path of governmental We Chat public numbers in Inner Mongolia,hoping to provide reference and reference for the development of governmental We Chat public numbers in this region.
