The Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Discipline Inspection Cadres Building In S County Of P City

Since the 18 th CPC national congress,under the strong leadership of the CPC central committee,the disciplinary inspection and supervision work has undergone profound changes.Discipline inspection and supervision cadre,as the core driving force of discipline inspection,plays an irreplaceable role.However,the current situation of building and fighting corruption in the party is still serious,so we need to strengthen the construction of discipline inspection cadres in order to promote the construction of clean government and anti-corruption.The paper has based on S county of P city with problems in the construction of cadres of discipline inspection,and how to strengthen the construction of discipline inspection cadres to a certain extent explored in current period.Through the comprehensive analysis of literature and cases,and based on related domestic and foreign literature,the paper has covered on relevant theories and practices of the construction of discipline inspection cadres.In addition,the paper has benefited from the basis of learning from the existing research results,the work practice of the author in the commission for discipline inspection and the accumulation of experience,and the survey of S county discipline inspection cadre team construction.Through current situation of research and empirical analysis,the papers has expounded the problems existing in the construction,and analyzed the causes of the problem,then put forward the concrete scheme and carry on reasoning.Finally it concludes four countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of discipline inspection cadre troop construction,it goes,to strengthen the ideological and political construction,to promote the reform of systems and mechanisms,to establish and perfect the incentive system,to intensify the education and training and point out concrete ways for each countermeasure and suggestion.At last,in the existing period,as the struggle against corruption is still grim and complex,it is badly need to strengthen the construction of the discipline inspection cadres itself,reinforced to bear the responsibility,improve the thought and action consciousness,improve capability and quality,build the discipline inspection team with high quality.The final purpose is to adapt the requirements of new situation and new task ahead,to promote the overall Party discipline strictly,and make contributions for the construction of an honest and clean Party and anti-corruption work.
