Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Non-Party Intellectuals In Universities

Today's world is in a situation that hasn't changed in a hundred years.The ideological struggle between China and the west and the competition between countries ultimately depend on the competition of talents.The importance of intellectuals is increasingly prominent.Colleges and universities are the places where intellectuals gather,and non-party intellectuals account for the majority of intellectuals.At this stage,some non-party intellectuals' ideological and political concepts are weakened,collective concepts are not strong,value orientation is utilitarian and market-oriented,and other phenomena are more serious.Professional ethics,professionalism and dedication need to be further improved.These problems not only affect the function and function of non-party intellectuals,but also affect the construction level of teachers and the reform and development of socialist education.Although the causes of the above-mentioned problems are complex in some non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities,there are deficiencies and shortcomings in the relevant education work,which is undoubtedly an important cause.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the ideological and political education of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities in the new era and strengthen the education and guidance of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities.Based on empirical research,supplemented by historical research and theoretical analysis,this paper tries to find out the problems and causes of ideological and political education of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities from questionnaire data analysis,and then puts forward targeted solutions from the content,method,carrier and mechanism system of ideological and political education of nonparty intellectuals in colleges and universities.The empirical investigation and analysis show that the main problems of ideological and political education of nonparty intellectuals in colleges and universities are: the relevant educational institutions of the party committee in colleges and universities do not play a sufficient role;the quality level of the educators themselves is not uniform;the ideological and political education methods are not up to date;the ideological and political education carriers are not rich enough.The main reasons for these problems include: the ideological understanding of educators is not in place;the quality of educators is not enough;the methods of ideological and political education are not targeted;the mechanism of ideological and political education is not perfect.Therefore,to do a good job ofideological and political education of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities,we need to:First,improve the sense of responsibility and mission of university party committees and establish the concept of scientific education of university party committees;Second,enrich and expand the scale of the ranks of educators and enhance the overall literacy of educators;Third,innovate the ideological and political education system of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities;Fourth,create the policy environment and public opinion environment for ideological and political education of non-party intellectuals;Fifth,innovate the methods of ideological and political education and make full use of the new carrier and platform of ideological and political education;Sixth,improve the mechanism of political education and training of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities,coordination and implementation mechanism,safeguard mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
