The Study On The Evolution Of The Inter-governmental International Organization's Anti-corruption Legal System

In the 21 st century,with the development of technology and economy,the communication between various countries in various fields are increasingly more frequently,and the mutual influence is also growing.Because of such conditions,the demand for a perfect and close global anti-corruption cooperation mechanism is also increasingly stronger.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance for us to study the evolution of the anti-corruption system of inter-governmental international organizations in recent decades.By summarizing the development process,achievements and problems encountered in the development,a good theoretical guidance for its subsequent development and improvement can be put forward.This paper aims to summarize the development history of inter-governmental international organizations' anti-corruption legal system from the perspective,and take representative and influential inter-governmental international organizations and regional organizations as examples to analyze their anti-corruption legal system construction.Then combine the results of this two aspects to study the evolution process of inter-governmental international organizations' anti-corruption legal system.The process of constructing the anti-corruption legal system of inter-governmental international organizations is roughly divided into three stages,namely the initial stage,the initial formed stage and the current development stage.Therewith the thesis enumerate the anti-corruption system construction process of various inter-governmental international organizations,including the release of relevant legislative texts and the establishment of institutions,and then analyze them.This part mainly lists and analyzes the United Nations,the OECD,the European Union,APEC,the inter-American union,the African union.Finally,we summarized the above achievements and problems and put forward a conclusion.
