A Study On China 's Foreign Cooperation In Transnational Corruption In Recent Years

Cross border law preachments, derived mainly from integration of global economy,are the new forms of crimes perpetrated by transferring abroad or overseas illegallythe fraudulent gains with view to shun from punities. Inter-governmentalcooperation in anti-corruption are the actual practices to fight international corruptioncrimes and to hunt down the illegal money in the field of diplomacy cooperationwhich is also known as International anti-corruption cooperation.Since the year of2003when United Nations Anti-corruption Convention wasadopted, international community together with Chinese government had embraced ahighway in anti-corruption cooperation. Especially, China’s18thNational Congresslaid a milestone in central government’s resolve to hunt down the illegal money andenhanced effort with remarkable fruits. All these efforts exhibit three features ofactive participation with flexible role-playing, innovative action plan and simplifiedprocedure.Diplomatic cooperation in this regard may not easily goes along with individualnation’s Polite, economic interests, which is a nut to be cracked in this cross-borderanti-corruption cooperation. But, in the practices, some instinctive disparities anddifferences started to be deliberately ignored and introduced institutionalarrangements. For example, Li Huabo Case is an outstanding case in points. And thecoming ten years after APEC Beijing Meeting is to speed up the regional internationalorganization’s play in regional anti-corruption network.Diplomatic cooperation in anti-corruption campaign has given birth to newconcept of anti-corruption, heading for a more diversified track. Preventativecooperation further fueled the three impetus. In this given pretext, China can be farfrom building a comprehensive legislation development and fell behind theramifications of cross-border crimes, as well as from glitch free cooperation patentwith other countries.
