Research On The Mixed Community Management Of Rural—urban Continuum In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is one of the most striking features in the development of Chinese society, which will completely subvert the traditional urban-rural dual structure. In the process of urbanization, the transformation of rural areas to the city has been realized, a large number of villages have been transformed into urban communities, and the expropriation of the land has made more farmers be arranged in the government's rural areas. At the same time, commercial residential in the city and resettlement areas jointly build into a mixed community withhybrid characteristic.Generally, industry and population aggregation are the core contents of the rural urbanization, urbanization has brought about a faster economic and social structure because of the impact of industrialization process, such as the transfer of capital and population factors from rural to urban.However, which cannot to be ignored is that, once the basic elements transferred, there will be new problems, including the economic differences between urban and rural areas and cultural differences, etc.. Because these problems have been concentrated reflected in the community, therefore, the problem of community management will be the important source to solve the outstanding problems of urbanization, especially for the management of the hybrid village community.Strengthening the management of such community can help improve the efficiency of urbanization and social stability.Taking the Liqizhuang Street as an example, this paper carried out the analysis in the mixed community of the village. According to the analysis of community development, community's current management model and community organization structure etc., we have been obtained clear understanding of the structure of the mixed village community, including community structure, cultural status, public resources, management mode, public service, management efficiency, and so on. Then we explored the practical problems of the management mode, and found out the cause of the problem.This paper secondly reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures, for the government-led model, two-way mixed model, autonomous community model from abroad and the Shanghai, Wuhan, Ningbo and other places of community management model at home etc., analyzed and studied the characteristics of its management mode, simultaneously expand the comparative analysis. According tothe understanding of the present urbanization situation in China, combined with the research results of community management theory and experience in village community management of mixed type, we got some useful enlightenment.Finally, this paper analyzed the domestic and international community management model, simultaneously considered the characteristics of diversified village community, problems encountered in the development of the community,practical needs of community residents, and given a number of optimization strategies, including supporting policies, top-level design, legal protection, service transformation, strengthen autonomy, financial support, expand participation, optimize team and other aspects, in order to gradually realize the standardization of community management.As a kind of historical category and a kind of development process, the scientific and reasonable management methods of the mixed type community in the village should be based on the actual situation to explore. Only through innovating the management model of mixedcommunity fully, promoting the autonomous self-help workin community,can we finally achieve the success of urbanization.
