How to strengthen the management of this kind of community has become a real problem, and how this management work could be will determine the speed of urbanization and social stability.This article through consulting a large number of community management related literature at home and abroad, analysis of foreign government leading, community autonomy, mixed mode and domestic Jianghan, Shanghai, Shenyang, Yantian etc. Characteristics of community management mode of operation, to explore the development trend of community management mode, and through the comparative analysis of all kinds of management model, combined with the actual situation of urbanization in China, summarized the current involves the theoretical achievements of community management and beneficial enlightenment.Overall the management mode of mixed community has both commonness and individualized problems also. This article taking "Xia Jiabian community" as an example for instance analysis of mixed community. Through to analyze the current situation of the development of community, community construction, and management means, further to sort out the characteristics of mixed community, such as structural diversity, cultural diversity, limited public resources, complicated management, unbalanced public service, inefficient management, etc. Subsequently summarize the effect and realistic problem of current management mode, and further explore the deep-seated reasons behind the problem.Finally, based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign community management mode, practice mode, combined with the diversified features of mixed community, from the actual problem in the community and residents’ demand, in scientific planning, policy support, function adjustment, non-governmental organizations, residents autonomy, and other aspects put forward countermeasures for the improvement and optimization, and suggests that through planning, optimization methods such as legislation and policy, to "pilot, step by step, gradual fusion classification guidance, steady progress," propulsion principle, gradually realize the standardization of the community management.
