A Study On The Social Mobilization Of The Communist Party Of China During The Anti-Japanese War

After the September 18 th Incident,the Chinese nation faced the crisis of extinction of the dead,and the anti-Japanese salvation became the theme of the times.The Chinese people's anti-Japanese enthusiasm was unprecedentedly high,but they were not effectively mobilized to form a broad and solid anti-Japanese war force.The CCP conforms to the historical trend,grasps the historical opportunity,shoulders the heavy responsibility of starting the broad masses of the people,and establishing the anti-Japanese national united front,and has formulated a series of guidelines and policies related to social mobilization.The CCP relies on the cooperation of political parties and political power to effectively mobilize.The political party system is responsible for the formulation of policy guidelines,and the political system implements its policy guidelines.The two systems of the CCP and the border government cooperate with each other,and the organic linkage constitutes a mechanism for the mobilization of the CCP society.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has formulated the policy of mobilization,and the border government and the local government have implemented various aspects of social life,and have closely contacted the masses to meet the actual needs of the people.In general,the CCP's social mobilization is mainly to: improve the people's cultural level,awaken national consciousness,stimulate political awareness and teach mobilization of certain anti-Japanese war knowledge;develop production,improve people's living standards,stimulate people's enthusiasm for the war,and provide for the war of resistance.Materialbased economic mobilization;guarantee the basic political rights of the people,improve the people's political status and enthusiasm for political participation,and stimulate the political mobilization of the people's national "ownership consciousness." Between the three,education mobilization is the premise of ideological culture,economic mobilization is to teach the material basis,and political mobilization is the form of expression.The organic combination of the three has stimulated the peasants' enthusiasm for the war of resistance,and has developed and strengthened the CCP's own strength,laying a solid foundation for the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.The CCP's social mobilization is mainly for the majority of rural people,and its policy formulation is mostly considered by ordinary farmers.Education,economic and political mobilization have achieved good results,improved people's lives,greatly improved the people's anti-Japanese enthusiasm;improved the level of education,not only freed some people from illiteracy,but also improved the people's anti-Japanese awareness and ability;By increasing the degree of political participation,the peasants gradually got rid of the idea of “no power and small people”,and the awakening of the consciousness of “national masters” promoted the liberation of modern peasants' thoughts.
