Research On The Social Mobilization Thought Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that to win the new victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new historical conditions,we must "mobilize and organize the people to manage state and social affairs in accordance with the law,manage economic and cultural undertakings,and actively participate in society",modernization drive” to better protect the rights and interests of the people and ensure that the people are the masters of the country.Subsequently,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee,and the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee all elaborated on this content,explaining the inherent compatibility between social mobilization and national governance from the perspective of upper-level institutional design.Throughout the 100-year history and achievements of the Communist Party of China,at any historical stage,at any historical juncture and in the face of any historical event,social mobilization has always been our party’s political advantage to lead,rely on and organize the masses,integrate social resources,build social consensus,enhance social unity,and promote social participation.In this sense,a history of the Chinese Communist Party is a history of social mobilization.In the new era,whether it is the victory of poverty alleviation or the achievements of the ongoing epidemic prevention and control battle,it proves once again that social mobilization is still an important way for the Communist Party of China to organize the people to modernize national governance and create a better life for the people.Therefore,its mobilization concepts and ideas are worth clarifying and developing.However,the academic circles have made fruitful researches on social mobilization in the revolutionary period of the Communist Party of China and the period of reform and opening up,but the theoretical and practical research on social mobilization in the new era is still insufficient.The social mobilization practice of the Communist Party of China in the era is the main focus,but there is a lack of in-depth research on the ideological basis and theoretical code of the social mobilization of the Communist Party of China in the new era.Therefore,the study of the CPC’s social mobilization concept in the new era has special era,practical and academic value.Guided by the materialist dialectics of Marxism,on the basis of adhering to the methodology of combining history and logic,theory and practice,the article adopts literature research methods,historical research methods,comparative research methods and case study method.The background of the social mobilization concept and the source of thought,the main content,the achievements and challenges,the theoretical characteristics and the value of the times are analyzed in detail.The article is divided into five parts: the introduction part,which mainly focuses on clarifying the current situation and raising research questions,including the background of the topic selection,research status,related concepts,thinking methods,and possible innovations;the first chapter expounds the era background,theoretical source and practical basis of the formation of the CPC’s social mobilization concept in the new era.Against the background of the times,this paper analyzes the realistic basis for the formation of the Communist Party of China’s concept of social mobilization in the new era from the perspective of major changes and the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capacity.Theoretical sources mainly include the mobilization ideas of classic Marxist writers,the mobilization ideas of Chinese Marxism,the inheritance and development of the mobilization ideas in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the criticism and reference to Western social mobilization theories.The practice of the CPC’s social mobilization in different historical periods constitutes the basis for the practice of the CPC’s concept of social mobilization in the new era;the second chapter is a detailed elaboration of the main content of the CPC’s concept of social mobilization in the new era,mainly based on the text of the important speeches on social mobilization by the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and related academic achievements,this paper analyzes the social mobilization view of the Communist Party of China in the new era from the three dimensions of social mobilization goals,objects and methods.Analyzed and answered the questions of the Chinese Communist Party " what kind of mobilization goals to achieve ","who will mobilize" and "how to mobilize" in the new era;The third chapter is a summary of the achievements and challenges of the CPC’s social mobilization concept in the new era.By combining specific examples of social mobilization such as poverty alleviation and the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic,starting from the interaction between practice and consciousness,summarizes the practice of the new era.To implement the CPC’s social mobilization concept,we must adhere to and improve the party’s leadership,improve the legalization of social mobilization,and make efficient use of network technology to mobilize;Chapter Four is a summary of the theoretical characteristics and value of the CPC’s concept of social mobilization in the new era.The theoretical and practical aspects clarify its era value for developing social mobilization theory and promoting the modernization of national governance capabilities;the conclusion mainly summarizes the research conclusions of this paper,and points out the research progress and possible problems for further research.In short,the CPC’s concept of social mobilization in the new era is a new development of Marxist mobilization thought and a new form of socialist mobilization thought with Chinese characteristics.
