The Study On Construction Of Personal Credit Records In China

People could not have reputation on the society if they do not have credit.Credit is the foundation of a social stability.China is speeding up the construction of government,business,social and judicial credit.However,in general,due to the construction time of social credit time in China is relatively short and the structure is relatively complex,there are still many problems that need to be further studied and solved in reality.The construction of personal credit records is an indispensable part in the process of personal credit construction.This paper points out the existing problems and makes a thorough analysis of the causes of the problems through the investigation and literature analysis.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the construction of personal credit records in China.The full text is divided into four chapters.The chapter ? discusses the background and significance of the topic,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research contents,methods,and innovations.The chapter?expounds the personal credit records and its construction,introduces the concepts of credit,credit records and personal credit records,and deeply analyses of the composition and characteristics of personal credit records.The chapter ? mainly analyses the current situation and problems of the construction of personal credit records in China,and analyses the causes of the problems.The chapter?puts forward countermeasures on the basis of analysing the current situation and problems of personal credit records construction in China.The problems in the construction of personal credit records in China are summarized as follows in this article: imperfact laws and regulations,decentralized management of records resources,low participation of archives departments,threats to information security,and lagging of credit feedback.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the construction of personal credit records in China from the legal system,technical environment and management system.
