Historical Development Of The Communist Party Of China's Organization Construction In Urban Community Since The 15th National People's Congress

Rapid development in the market economy in the new era,great changes have taken place in the urban social structure?interest pattern and people's ideas.Disintegration of the unit system made the social management and service functions as the unit to the community.The Communist Party of China as the ruling party must conform with the trend of the society and the times.Seizing the favorable position of the community,exploring and practicing a characteristic road to strengthen the community ruling party building.Valuing the leadership position of the CPC's organizations of community governance,consolidating the party's ruling status and mass foundation,strengthening the democratic autonomy of community residents,fundamentally strengthen the urban community party's centripetal construction.Strengthening the cohesiveness and combat effectiveness of party organizations of grassroots urban communities.Improving the influence and charisma of the urban communities' partied organization.Since the 19 th National People's Congress,grassroots party organizations are facing many new problems,they are not resolved.Therefore,for the grassroots community,further strengthen and improve the party building work in the community,it is very important to valuing the core position of the CPC's organizations of community development and construction.The thesis is divided into three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction part mainly focuses on the background and significance of this topic,domestic and foreign research status,related academic concepts,research ideas,methods and innovations to make some necessary explanation.The body part is divided into five chapters.The urban community party building is divided into four stages in order.The first chapter mainly analyzes the background,achievements and related comments of the construction work of the community party organizations in the popularize stage(1997-2000).The second chapter mainly analyzes the background,achievements and related comments of the construction work of the community party organizations in the policy formation stage(2000-2004).The third chapter mainly analyzes the background,achievements and related comments of the construction work of the CPC's organizations in the integrated development stage(2004-2017).The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the background,achievements and related comments of the construction work of the CPC's organizations in the innovation stage(from 2017 to the present).The fifth chapter mainly analyzes and discusses the unsolved problems in the process of the CPC's organization construction in urban communities.The conclusion is summarize the research content of this article.
