Research On The Cooperative Development Mode Of Public Projects And Real Estate

The development of Chinese economic has entered into the new normal of slowdown,the new direction of economic development is to improve quality.Under present demand atrophy,the new urbanization becomes the important way to grow economy and expand domestic demand.Because public projects are the important part of urbanization,the government has given high priority to public projects development,but the traditional way has been unable to meet the demand.Meanwhile,the development of domestic real estate is also facing severe challenges,the transformation of real estate development is imperative.The development of real estate is inevitable to solve the problem of resource integration and balancing urban development in the future.It is the focus of this article that how to integrate the development of public projects and the transformation of real estate development and make innovations.This anticle analyzes the junction of the development of public projects and the transformation of real estate development by literature reseach,data analysis,comparative study,case analysis and other methods,then finds out problem-solving meithods.Firstly,this article introduces the background,domestic and foreign research status and the necessity of the research,analyzes its innovations,and indicates the research direction.Secondly,this article analyzes the operation mode of public projects,the development process of real estate,the transformation of real estate,and major problems in the domestic real estate.Then,based on the case studies of the domestic public projects in innovation,this article constructs the cooperative development mode of public projects and real estate,solves current problems that the development of public projects and the transformation of real estate development.Finally,the feasiblity and advantage of the mode are verified by a case study in the article.The article also analyzes the existing problems in the mode,and puts forward solutions.The last part of the article summarizes the main ideas and makes the conclusion.The conclusion shows that the cooperative development mode of public projects and real estate is a new way to solve the problems of public projects and real estate under the current conditions.The mode can effectively improve the enthusiasm of social capital investing in public projects,and promote the diverse change of real estate development.
