Restrictive Factors And Policy Of Party Building In Non-public Enterprise In The New Era

Over the past four decades and more since the reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved sustained and rapid growth,and its economic achievements have attracted worldwide attention.It can be said that China has created a miracle in the history of world economic development.Among them,the non-public sector has contributed a lot.A group of non-public enterprises in China have developed rapidly in different fields and entered the top 500 in the world.They have started to "go out" to develop overseas markets,which has also contributed to the development of the world economy.In Davos BBS and other top economic BBS,there are more and more Chinese entrepreneurs,which also shows the growing influence of China's economy in the world.The development of the non-public sector of the economy is conducive to liberating the productive forces,stimulating scientific and technological innovation,and enhancing the vitality of economic development.As an important part of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the non-public sector is crucial to party building.Under the correct leadership of the communist party of China,important progress has been made in party building in non-public enterprises.However,the party building work is a great systematic project,full of difficulties,to spend a long time to catch.The report of the 19 th CPC national congress puts forward that China's socialism has entered a "new era".Under the background of the new era,it is necessary to "comprehensively and strictly govern the party",maintain the party's advanced nature at all times,and overcome the restrictive factors in party building in non-public enterprises.This paper adopts the research method of questionnaire and field visit,taking six non-public enterprises in nanshan district,shenzhen city as the survey samples,from the managers of non-public enterprises to party construction workers to employees,and makes a detailed investigation.Make qualitative analysis of the survey data and combine it with the actual situation of the research enterprises,including the coverage of party organization,the development of party organization life,the performance and recognition of party members in the enterprises,the culture of party building,and the working ability of the party branch leaders in the enterprises.At the same time,we will discuss the problems of party building in nanshan district of shenzhen from different role groups.This paper uses statistics,psychology,philosophy and other disciplines to analyze the factors restricting the development of party building in non-public enterprises from the aspects of employees' political mentality,enterprise development environment,enterprise nature,new economy,new organization and new business form change,and employees' industry nature.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from six aspects: organization construction,system construction,team construction,ideological construction,carrier innovation and service function.
