General Secretary Xi Jinping,at a conference celebrating the 95 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,explicitly proposed four self-confidence,namely: confidence in the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics,confidence in theory,confidence in system and confidence in culture,among which cultural self-confidence is more fundamental and broader.Deeper confidence.For a country,cultural soft power is an important component of the nation's overall strength and competitiveness,and a comprehensive embodiment of the national quality,the overall dynamic state and the cohesive force.To each enterprise,the cultural soft power is the secret of the core competence of the enterprise and the everlasting of the enterprise.In recent years,with the increasing proportion of non-public enterprises in the gross domestic product and the continuous expansion of the scale of non-public enterprises,they are maintaining stable economic growth and stimulating the employment ratio.The promotion of innovation ability and the improvement of people's livelihood have played an irreplaceable role.Non-public ownership economy has become the core driving force of sustained and healthy development of our economy at the present stage.With the continuous improvement of the economic status of non-public enterprises,the party building work has been paid more and more attention by the state.As a non-public enterprise itself,in the face of increasingly harsh business competition environment,its survival and development is facing more severe challenges and requirements.Especially in the bottleneck period of the development of non-public enterprises,how to promote and enhance the soft power of enterprise culture through the work of party building has been paid more and more attention and become the key to the development of non-public enterprises and the urgent need of scientific management.On the basis of expounding the theories of party building and soft power of enterprise culture in non-public enterprises,this paper defines the constituent elements of soft power of enterprise culture on the basis of the research results of scholars at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of party building in non-public enterprises,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the possibility,necessity and ways of promoting the spirit,system,behavior and material power of the soft power of enterprise culture.In the part of empirical test,this paper takes 30 non-public enterprises in Chaoyang District as the empirical research sample,relies on the function and effect of the Party building in the management and management of non-public enterprises,and constructs the conceptual model through the research hypotheses.Questionnaire design,statistical software SPSS17.0 data analysis to verify the model and hypothesis.The results of this study show that the party building of non-public enterprises has a significant positive impact on the promotion of the spiritual,institutional,behavioral and material power of the enterprise,and the party building promotes the four components of the soft power of the enterprise culture through the resultant force of the four constituent elements of the soft power of the enterprise culture.Finally,promote the promotion of soft power of corporate culture.The results fully confirm that the better the party building in non-public enterprises,the stronger the soft power of enterprise culture and the stronger the competitiveness of enterprises.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions on how to promote the soft power of enterprise culture in the party building of non-public enterprises.Based on the analysis of the promoting effect of non-public party building on the soft power of enterprise culture and the empirical analysis,this paper aims to make the leaders of non-public enterprises fully understand and realize the inevitability and effectiveness of the party building to their own development.Promote the party building work of non-public enterprises through the promotion of party building consciousness of enterprise leaders and senior managers.Giving full play to the political superiority,platform advantage and channel advantage of the party organization in the enterprise management and management will help the development of the soft power of the enterprise culture,and finally make the non-public enterprise stand out in the fierce competition.
