Study On The Problem Of Party Building Of Non-public Enterprises

With the continuous improvement of our economic development,non-public economy has become one of the most dynamic parts of our national economy.It plays an increasingly important role in developing social productive forces,meeting people's diversified needs and promoting national economic development.However,since the party construction of non-public enterprises is still in a very backward state compared with the development of non-public enterprises,the party construction of non-public enterprises cannot adapt to the rapid development of enterprises under the new situation,which result in many problems and contradictions.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,“We should focus on improving organizational strength and highlight political functions.We can build community-level party organizations,such as enterprises,rural institutions,schools,scientific research institutes,streets,communities and other social organizations into strong battle fortifications that publicize the party's views,implement the party's decisions,lead community-level governance,unite and mobilize the masses,and promote reform and development.” This is a new deployment,new goal,new positioning and new measures of the CPC central committee for the building of the primary party organizations,which points out the direction and adds impetus for comprehensively strengthening the building of the primary party organizations.This paper begins with the background,significance and the current situation at home and abroad of party building in non-public enterprises.From the study of the connotation and status of non-public party building work,readers can fully understand the relevant theoretical knowledge and the development process of different periods as well as the basic situation and main methods of the current research object.Through document reference,questionnaire survey,empirical research methods of data analysis,existing problems can be found.And I analyse carefully to the problem,relevant strategy and measure are put forward from the construction of thought,organization,system and cadres five aspects,which let the non-public enterprise party accept Party construction in ideology,recognize the importance of party construction in the economic development and give full play to the party organization of the political guiding function.So as to promote the scientific and healthy development of the non-public enterprises.
